We're hiring: Hospitality & Reservations Executive

We are looking for a friendly face that welcomes members and guests to work, relax, have a coffee or connect with others. You are responsible for processing bookings, arranging lunches and drinks, and maintaining our spaces. You’ll make our guests feel welcomed, cared for, and valued.

Our team is passionate about hospitality and brings a deep understanding of the local neighbourhood to provide suggestions and act as a master concierge. You’re responsible for being knowledgeable about all aspects of our House, and fostering the “home away from home” feeling. We hope you’re a people person with an excellent professional flair for making members and guests feel good!

Your future responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests with open arms and in a hospitable manner

  • Taking care of reservations, general inquiries, deliveries, and messages

  • Preparing and serving coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards

  • Influencing a fun and positive atmosphere by being approachable and professional

  • Monitoring administrative tasks (logging paperwork and more) 

  • Thinking along in solutions and improvements to our service
